Features
●30°slant bed saddle and flat bed base structure have good compactness and stability ,conductive to chip disposal and coolant removal.
●The spindle adopts permanent magnet synchronous electric spindle, high precision angle contact ball bearing and coolant system, high speed stable operation
●The feed-axis adopts precision linear guideway and pretension structure ball screw, in order to ensures the accuracy of machine.
●The machine could be equipped with 8-station or 12-station hydraulic turret.
●CT-40H is equipped with hydraulic program controlled tailstock ,convenient to automatic operate,saving time and effort.
●The rear coolant tank and chip box ensure fluent chip disposal and easy chip removal.
●Full enclosed door protection could be equipped with automatic roof light, convenient to carry automatic trusses.
●Oil-water separate structure could meets the environment protection requirements
