Features:
1. The integrated base and bed is casted through resin mold，which has undergone a strict aging treatment, so high accuracy and rigidity are ensured.
2. 30° slant carriage guide ways ensure high rigidity during turning operation.
3.The precision cartridge type spindle is equipped with a high speed hydraulic rotating cylinder and a precision collet chuck.
4.The widened precision linear guideways improve the total rigidity of machine. Turning roughness is up to Ra0.8~0.4.
4. Precision ball screw is located between guide ways; side torque is eliminated. Imported bearings especially for screws are used and smooth transmission is ensured.
5.the tool block has a widened T-shaped bottom plate so it can hold more tools. It ensures easy setting ,quick and precise tool change and less repeatability.
6. The external electric cabinet is easy to service. The separate rear mounted coolant tank and chip box ensure fluent chip disposal and easy chip removal.
7. The machine is jointly driven mechanically, electrically and pneumatically, high preformance hydraulic station. Full enclosed stainless steel guard ensures safe and friendly operation.
